Company Establishment: Social and Labor Insurance Enrollment

Employee welfare is governed by law, and should be considered prior to paying salary to both employees and directors.

In case your company will be paying salary to its directors and employees, then it has to be enrolled in the Social and Labor Insurance Systems.

Similarly, the aforementioned workers and directors have to be enrolled as well. Please note that directors make an exception from the labor insurance.

All necessary forms have to be filed to the pension office within 5 days of hiring the first employee or setting the director’s salary.
