Company Formation Documents (part 1)

Want to know more about the company establishment in Japan? Check out our video and get in touch with us at Seventh Sense Group!

There are many documents that are required when starting a company in Japan.

One of them is the Articles of Incorporation. In Japanese, it is called “定款 teikan”.

If the company structure you choose is a stock company, your Articles of Incorporation will also need to be notarized.

If it is a limited liability company, there is no need for notarization.

If you need any help with incorporating in Japan, we can assist you at any stage.
